This section covers all information about the Export GDPR feature.

Description

In the Exports page there is a button "Export GDPR" using which you can get a year's data for a user. The exported data is available in Exports page itself with all your exports from the API and Report Central. 

Please note that the exports are stored up to 3 days after completion, after which they will be automatically removed by our systems.

Features

You are able to get the user's data using:

  • User's uuid
  • or User's encrypted uuid


Input Instructions

  • Provide a valid UUID or a valid Encrypted UUID, not both
  • A valid uuid looks like this:  0515f219-119c-4b38-74a6-23ed79d7ae5a

  • A valid encrypted UUID looks like this: AIXi6xq7zWbn17GIyi05BlsGWs5IkUCvTgj2gPXRFBgvTDczW4gF1g==
