Our support platform ensures we can help you as quickly and efficiently as possible. After we receive your support request, the relevant Mapp team member will review your issue and respond to your ticket. There are two ways to submit a support ticket: 

Submitting a ticket through the Mapp DMP *preferred method

  1. Login to your account at
  2. In the upper right corner, click "Support"
  3. Enter your inquiry details and submit the form

Submitting a ticket via email

  1. Email 
  2. Make sure you include a summary of the problem along with any relevant links and screenshots.

A Mapp Team member will contact you shortly after you have submitted your ticket. Submitting a ticket through is the preferred method of communication, as the system automatically captures additional information (such as which features of the DMP you're using and the system/browser you're using).
