Our support platform ensures we can help you as quickly and efficiently as possible. After we receive you support request, the relevant Mapp team member will review your issue and respond to your ticket. There are two ways to submit a support ticket: 

Submitting a ticket through the Mapp DMP

  1. Click on the 'Feedback' button. 
  2. Enter the subject, category, priority and your message. 
  3. Click 'Submit'. 

A Teradata Team member will contact you shortly after you have submitted your ticket. Submitting a ticket through our DMP helps us to analyze your problem faster, as the system automatically captures additional information (like which features of the DMP you're using, the system and browser you're using, etc.). 

Submitting a ticket by email 

If necessary, you can also submit a support ticket by emailing support@flxone.com. But for the most efficient response, we prefer you to submit tickets through our DMP as explained above.
