Optimize the Entire Customer Journey – creating funnels

With Mapp, DMP customers can analyze unlimited event-level data to understand consumer journeys. This example isn't described in detail because this funnel is very basic – we can present an only number of events, not the percentage of lost customers. To show more accurate funnel we should use additional software – Tableau which can be added to customer billing.


Example: Customer created a lot of events* including three that is the path of ordering products. To ensure that we have an exact path we can create unique URLs for each path or add refer URL of the previous step to 2nd and next events.

*use only events (not custom success events) to create the report


 

Then by using reports central customer can create a report which includes funnel Custom Event and as a metric – Total Events.
