Privacy & Compliance

The DMP offers some features to be compliant with the (local) regulatory privacy requirements.

Settings

The following options can be enabled in order to filter out certain sensible data attributes which are collected by default. This way you’re able to be compliant with the regulatory requirements. The filters you’re able to set are:

  • IP address filter: Only a truncated version of the IP address will be stored in the DMP, not the full IP address. Technically this means we strip the last 8 bytes.
  • Geographic location filter: The latitude and longitude obtained from a IP lookup will not be stored in the DMP.
  • Browser details filter: The user agent will not be stored in the DMP.
