Test coverage:
This test will confirm that your device is receiving Push and In-App Message
NOTE: you will need to integrate and setup Appoxee Inbox in order to send and receive In-App messages
Testing procedure:
- Create a Segment for a Test Device
- Create a Push+In-App Message in your account and send it to your test device, you can use the following article for In-App Messages if needed: Creating content per device within an In-App message.
- Make sure that your HTML pages are compatible to mobile.
- Make sure that your payload doesn't exceed the maximum size.
- click on the received push notification.
Expected result:
- The push should be received with your intended icon, app name, text and background colors, and content. The following article can assist you in the process: Modify the App Name and Icon, Presented in the Push Notification - Android
- Make sure that the app corresponds with the analytics (once you have sent yourself an In-App message the dashboard will show In-App Sent = 1).
